| FEI Rule Change affects USEF High Performance Classes |

| Please note that the new HP spur rule follows the new FEI rule, i.e. if rowels are used on spurs they must be SMOOTH. That means no more "stars," blunt or otherwise -- just the dime-shaped rowels. This is for HP classes in USEF competitions and CDIs. |
